Illustrative
Illustrative engagement view: four setup steps done (find PSPs, negotiate, onboard, route), flowing into a live panel of day-to-day events, each with its outcome: a market's approvals slipping and rerouted, a provider's fees up and volume moved, a new market's local method live, and a backup ready for a provider under review.

Higher approvals. Lower fees. Every region.

What running your payments looks like.

We watch your numbers, move volume and replace providers before a bad week turns into a lost month.

Approval rates, country by country

We track approvals by country, issuer, card type and method, and tune routing the moment a market slips.

Volume on the best performers

The orchestration layer sends traffic to the providers approving most at the lowest cost, and moves it when that changes.

Providers watched and replaced

If a PSP throttles, raises fees or changes its risk appetite, traffic fails over and we line up the replacement.

Paperwork and new markets

Corporate documents, compliance paperwork, new methods and new regions, handled without restarting the engagement.

We don't advise. We do the work.

Not another consultant with a roadmap, or an introduction you then have to chase. We set it up and run it with you day to day, so you can stay focused on your core business.

  • We're operators.

We get solutions live and fast-track the onboarding.

  • We do the heavy lifting.

We negotiate with the right providers and own the outcome.

  • We do the actual work.

PSP applications filed. Rails integrated. Routing configured.

  • We run it with you, day to day.

Approvals tracked by country, volume on the best performers.

How it works

From first call to day-to-day operations.

We find and negotiate the providers that fit your business, set up routing between them, then keep optimizing approvals and costs.

  1. 01

    PSPs

We approach providers that fit your vertical and target regions, negotiate commercials, and bring you offers — not introductions.

“Every PSP told us no. FinSet got us to yes, and then got us two more.”

    Founder, UAE prop trading startup
  2. 02

    Routing

Per-region routing, cascading and retries on decline, and automatic failover backups for every region, on the gateway we provide or the one you use.

“We went from getting rejected by PSPs to running three Tier 1 processors with double the approval rate.”

    Founder, EU-facing prop trading firm
  3. 03

    Optimize

We track approvals by country and move volume to the providers approving most at the lowest cost.

“Half our players couldn't deposit. Now we're above 85% and we haven't changed a single thing about our product.”

    Head of Payments, iGaming operator

If your entity or license blocks a provider you need, we fix that first.

What changes with FinSet.

The numbers below aren't aspirational — they're what we typically see when high-risk businesses switch from a single-PSP, cards-only setup to the full setup we run, with corporate alignment, multi-method coverage and orchestration.

Common questions.

What do you actually need from us to start?
Three things: your vertical, a snapshot of your current corporate and payment setup (entities, licenses, PSPs you're on, methods live), and the regions you want to grow in. From that we can already tell you whether the gap is methods, providers, corporate structure — or all three.
Do we need to change our corporate structure to work with you?
Not always. If your current entity has the right license and jurisdiction for the PSPs and regions you're targeting, we apply directly. If it doesn't — and that's why your applications keep getting declined or your fees stay high — we'll say so up front and propose what to add or restructure before spending time on PSP underwriting.
Are you tied to specific PSPs?
We work with the PSPs that fit your vertical, jurisdiction and regions — not a fixed roster. The whole point is matching you with providers who will onboard you cleanly and commercially, which changes per case.
How does the orchestration piece work?
Once the rails are in place, we set up routing rules per region and per method, retry logic on declines, and automatic failover between PSPs so no region depends on a single provider. Customers see the methods they expect locally, with the lowest-friction checkout your data supports.
How long until something is live?
Discovery and the mapped stack come back fast — days, not weeks. PSP onboarding timelines depend on the provider and your documentation, and we run multiple in parallel. Corporate moves, when needed, are sequenced so the rails go live as soon as each piece clears.
How does FinSet get paid?
Payment providers pay us a referral commission when merchants we bring go live. It comes from the provider, not from you, and you're never invoiced for it. Our job is to get you lower fees and higher approvals than you'd typically get going direct — that's what keeps merchants with us, and what keeps providers wanting our merchants. Structure, licensing and brokerage setup are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.

30 minutes.
A clear path forward.

We haven't yet looked under the hood of a payment stack and found nothing to optimize. In a free 30-minute call we profile your business, structure and providers together, and tell you honestly whether we can add value. If we can't, we'll say so.

You don't pay us for payments work. Providers pay us a referral commission from their side — you're never invoiced for it. And because we bring providers volume across many merchants, we can usually negotiate lower fees than you'd get applying direct. How we get paid
